JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections-409, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner in conspiracy with other accused persons has illegally withdrawn fraudulently an amount of Rs. 9400/- from Account No. NL 540 on 1708-2012 belonging to the informant in cooperative bank Sahebganj, Muzaffarpur.
The matter was inquired on the basis of complaint filed by the informant and the allegation against this petitioner along with other accused persons was found true.
Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54626 of 2017 (3) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which will be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
