====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 666 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, no firearm has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the house of Munna Singh and the petitioner has no concern with Munna Singh. He has been languishing in judicial custody since 29.09.2019.

No.25005 of 2020(5) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 666 of 2019.
