The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.102 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that though there is allegation against three persons to have indiscriminately assaulted the brother of the informant, the doctor, who examined him noticed only one injury on thumb caused by hard and blunt substance, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on
