====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she had joined on the post of Lecturer in the year 1980 and on the relevant date of filing of the writ petition, she was to retire from the post of Lecturer. Petitioner seeks her absorption on the post of Lecturer from the date of her joining in light of the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21232 of 2014. It has been informed in Para-34 of the writ petition that petitioner has filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.12264 of 2021(3) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 her detailed representation on 01.08.2018 and subsequent to that on 15.02.2019. The representations filed by the petitioner are annexed as Annexure-10 series.

3. Considering the relief as sought for in the present writ petition, as well as, the claim of the petitioner that her case is required to be considered in light of the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21232 of 2014, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order for redressal of her grievance.

4. The Registrar of the University is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and in case petitioner is entitled for the benefit in terms of the order dated 23.06.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 21232 of 2014, the same benefit must be given to the petitioner along with all the consequential benefits in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
