In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.268 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner had moved for grant of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.331 of 2020, which was rejected vide order dated 25.02.2020. This is the second effort for grant of bail.

Looking to the entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, again the prayer for bail is rejected.
