JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-11-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefsi. For quashing the order dated 20.12.2007 at Annexure-1 passed by the respondent no. 2, SubDivisional Officer, Araria, by which he has cancelled the PDS license of the petitioner vide P.D.S. License No. 19R/2007 without any basis i.e., not recommended by the District Selection Committee. ii.
For quashing the order dated 12.02.2008 at Annexure-2 passed by the respondent no. 3, the District Magistrate, Araria in Appeal No. 285 of 2007-08 by which after hearing the parties the aforementioned appeal has been dismissed and affirmed the order passed by the respondent no. 2. iii.
For issuance of a direction to the respondents authorities to restore the license of the petitioner vide P.D.S. License No. 19R/2007 to him.
iv.
For any other relief or reliefs as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.
3. This Court takes note that Appeal No. 285 of 2007-08 has been disposed of remanding the matter for fresh decision by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria.
4. In the above view of the matter, considering that fresh orders are required to be passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Araria, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.
5. The writ petition stands dismissed.
