Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of father of the petitioner has inadvertently been typed as Suresh Yadav in place of Banbari Yadav in the body of the petition and accordingly, in the order dated 15.12.2017, by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, the name of father of petitioner has been mentioned as Suresh Yadav in place of Banbari Yadav although a supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the order dated 15.12.2017 may be modified to the aforesaid extent only.
