The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 448 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on secret information, a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Vivek Paswan and on search two stolen motorcycles were recovered and the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of Vivek Paswan.

It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vivek Paswan. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 29011 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 further submitted that co-accused Rakesh Sahani has already been grated bail by this Court vide order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19758 of 2020 (Annexure-2). Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 448 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C., (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
