This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 222 of 20106, disclosing offences under Sections 3, 4, 5, 5C and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as, it appears that in the year 2011, a case against her was instituted for commission of offence punishable under Sections 367 and 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, above named, the privilege of anticipatory bail.
This application is, accordingly, rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43058 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If she does so, her application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
