Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2022 dated 03.04.2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 447/341/323/324/307/354(B)/504/506 and 34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Shikarahana, Dhaka, East Champaran. Earlier also, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 16.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63533 of 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31057 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
