Learned counsel for the petitioner has been unable to raise any point, on which a review application can be allowed except to assail the judgment and order dated 6.7.2011 passed in

Patna High Court C. REV. No.359 of 2012 (5) dt.13-01-2015 L.P.A. No.1384 of 2010 of this Court on its merits. In a review application, we cannot sit in appeal over the earlier decision. No error apparent on the face of the record has been pointed out to us.
