2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event the allegation of demand for dowry is against petitioner no. 1 and no such accusation has been made against the petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4. The accusation of assault is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27459 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 general and omnibus in nature. As a matter of fact the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail petition and submits that the offence alleged is serious in nature. It has been alleged that the accused persons killed the informant's daughter and caused the body to disappear. The body of the deceased was finally recovered along with some stones from inside a plastic bag submerged in the water, as noticed in the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria. Paragraph-2 of the case diary has also been taken note of which discloses a deep black ligature mark around the neck of the deceased and injury marks on her back. The witnesses have supported the prosecution case.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
