JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 504, 34 of IPC. Prosecution story is that petitioners assaulted the uncle of the informant by sword, causing injury on his head. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are Gotias and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to family dispute. However, they have conceded the fact that injuries are grievous in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, however, the

No.26448 of 2019(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit.
