2. Today learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit in Court.

4. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74366 of 2022 to correct the petitioner's name and his father's name as also to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

5. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the supplementary affidavit filed today, the name of the petitioner and his father name is corrected and be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32836 of 2023(4) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 read as "Umesh Yadav, son of Awadhesh Yadav" in place of Umesh Rai, son of Awadhesh Rai and the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 121 of 2022, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

6. The order dated 18.03.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

7. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
