The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 307 of 2018 arising out of Piro P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34420 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-IV (Special Court) Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Excise Case No. 307 of 2018 arising out of Piro P.S.
