The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case no. 111 of 2017, registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that sister of informant aged about 18 years had gone to Bamdeo market, but she did not return. When the informant started search of his sister then he came to know that petitioner has enticed away his sister.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to love affair, sister of the informant, who is major, left her parental house and performed marriage with the petitioner in the temple according to her sweet will. The victim, sister of the informant, has stated the similar fact in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. which would appear from Annexure-2 to this petition.

No.54473 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
