His appointment was cancelled by virtue of this Court's order because he has shown his Intermediate qualification having attained the same from the Central Board of Higher Education (not to be confused with Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE).

Patna High Court LPA No.1395 of 2012 dt.17-04-2014 2 We had occasion to examine the matter earlier in another intra-Court appeal that is LPA No 1400 of 2012 and we have clearly observed in our final judgment and order dated 15.04.2015 that Central Board of Higher Education is a fake organization. Certificates granted by it have no legal sanctity.

3 In that view of the matter, we find no error in the judgment and order of the learned Single Judge. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
