Reason for dismissal of the writ application cannot be said to be erroneous in any manner for the reason that the candidature of the appellant was rejected by the Indian Oil Corporation because of mis-declaration or wrong declaration by him with regard to education. This position is accepted and is not a matter of argument or dispute. If the educational
Patna High Court LPA No.1936 of 2015 dt.07-11-2017 qualification declared in the application form did not match with the certification submitted, then, it is the case of misdeclaration or wrong declaration. This is good enough ground for cancellation of the candidature of the appellant. The issue must rest now. The reason is attributable to the appellant and not to the Indian Oil Corporation.
This appeal is dismissed.
