2. This application has been filed asserting the noncompliance of the order dated 06.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2335 of 2012.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.6348 of 2012 dt.20-04-2015 2/2 submits that in the light of the order dated 06.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2335 of 2012, which is under contempt, while the representation of the petitioner has been decided by the opposite party no.2, the Director, Higher Education, New Secretariat, Bihar, Patna, on 12.02. 2015 but the claim of the petitioner has been refused.

4. Since the order dated 06.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.2335 of 2012, which is under contempt, has been complied with by the concerned opposite party(s), no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite party(s). However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may take recourse in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
