Misc. No.16638 of 2011 to the extent that though the petitioners are resident of District-Samastipur, the same was inadvertently typed in the petition showing the petitioners to be the resident of DistrictMuzaffarpur as a result of which in the order dated 02.11.2017 also in the cause title the petitioners are shown as resident of District-Muzaffarpur.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the District- Muzaffarpur in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60168 of 2017 (2) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 cause title of Cr. Misc. No.16638 of 20111 be read as DistrictSamastipur. The application stands disposed of.
