The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2022 in connection with Ladaniyan P.S. Case No.158 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 691.6 litres of Nepali liquor from the petitioner Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.03.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30303 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniyan P.S. Case No.158 of 2021.

The petitioner will visit Ladaniyan Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
