Petitioner's counsel submits that in terms of the judgment dated 21.02.2018 passed in CWJC No 12988 of 2015, the petitioner's case may also be disposed of as he is also one of the applicants for appointment on Grade D Post in the district of Jamui. He submits that the case of all other similarly situated is being considered by the District Magistrate, Jamui. Considering the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court leaves it open to the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.14476 of 2015 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 Magistrate, Jamui to take a decision as regards the petitioner's entitlement to appointment by way of regularization on Group D Post in the district of Jamui. Let such decision be taken in respect of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
