JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahajit Pur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-a)b, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that allegation against the petitioner is that on search one country made pistol with one live cartridge was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 6.9.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than 7 months, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be
