The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries. It is also alleged that the petitioner demanded ransom from the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case in the background of some land dispute. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 62 years and he is suffering from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30306 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 old aged ailments. The injuries sustained by the informant is simple in nature.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) nirajkrs/- U T
