1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities i.e. Income Tax and Vigilance Department to enquire the Income of the private respondent No.6 namely Jay Prakash Pandey, Chairman of Sikraul PACS who has illegally earned huge amount by improper function as Chairman of Sikraul PACS.

ii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing to respondents to consider the representation made by petition dated 28.11.2014,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7017 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 06.12.2022, 12.12.2022 and 04.01.2023 and pass appropriate order regarding the re presentation of the petitioner.

iii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents Co-operative Department to enquire the function and business of Chairman of Sikraul PACS which has not been done by the Chairman in proper manner and take immediate action to remove the respondent No.6 namely Jay Prakash Pandey from the post of Chairman of Sikraul PACS.

iv) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to enquire the entire documents relating to purchase of paddy grain by the Chairman of Sikraul PACS since 2019 which has not been purchased from the farmers rather the same has purchased from the local market and other businessman."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
