For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Ranvijay Singh For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Binod Bihari Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

02-07-2018 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that there is specific accusation against the petitioner for giving assault on the head of the informant causing injury.

Considering the fact that in the F.I.R. itself, petitioner is named with specific accusation, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Dismissed.
