This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 240 of 2016 dated 03.07.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. This is a case of the year 2016 and in all its probability, the investigation must have been completed. If the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same ought to be completed within a period of three months from today.

This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.
