It was submitted by learned counsel for the University that in compliance with the order of the writ court, a reasoned order has been passed and same has been brought on record as Annexure - A (series) to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 to 6. According to the learned counsel for

Patna High Court MJC No.3393 of 2012 (4) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 the University, order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. Earlier, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned for filing reply. Neither any reply has been filed nor anyone is present on behalf of the petitioner.
