In view of the show-cause filed, it appears that the Collector, West Champaran, has passed Annexure-'A' whereby the case of the petitioner has been rejected. Thus, no case of Contempt of Courts Act is made out. The application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue any other remedy which may be tenable under law.
