2. This application has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender and submit their bail bonds in terms of the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 63712 of 2023.

3. On perusal of the petition, it appears that the petitioners are employed outside Patna and they could not submit their bail bonds because for some time they were not able to get leave from their employer and were also having

4. Considering the entire facts and circumstances brought before this Court, this Court directs that the period to surrender and submit bail bonds, as contained in paragraph '7' of the order dated 17.10.2023, stand extended for a period of four weeks from today.

5. If the petitioners surrender and submit their bail bonds within a period of four weeks from today, they would be given benefit of order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63712 of 2023.

6. It is made clear that no further indulgence shall be granted to the petitioners.

7. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
