The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2013 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. It appears that earlier, Criminal Misc. No.30225 of 2014 filed on behalf of the petitioner and one Ashish Kumar for grant of anticipatory has already been permitted to be withdrawn on the prayer of their learned counsel for seeking regular bail vide order dated 14.01.2015 passed by this Court.

I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail after passing over two years.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45662 of 2016 (3) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within five weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
