JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the notice dated 16.03.2013 issued by the Circle Officer, Dhamdaha, District-Purnea, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has only been directed to submit his show cause reply. This Court finds that the present writ petition is premature and the petitioner is well advised to appear before the Circle Officer, Dhamdaha, District-Purnea and file a show cause reply.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no merit in the present petition. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
