1. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 01.05.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the respondentState, on instructions submits that the District Magistrate, Begusarai has conducted an inquiry and it has been found that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10125 of 2014(5) dt.15-05-2024 2/2 no portion of the tower constructed by the Respondent-BSNL is situated over the land of the petitioners, bearing Survey Plot No.1876.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the learned Civil Court, having competent jurisdiction, for the purposes of filing Civil Suit. Liberty so sought is granted.
