The defect no.12 as pointed out by the office is ignored in view of the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Suo-Motu Writ Petition (C) No. 3 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2896 of 2021(3) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned Court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is no specific overt act against the appellants to abuse the informant by taking the caste name.
