2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the issue before the Court in the present writ application can be gone into by the State Appellate Authority in terms of Notification No. 972 dated 19.05.2015 which has been reiterated by Memo No. 168 dated 13.02.2018. Thus, he prayed that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move

Patna High Court CWJC No.18092 of 2015 dt.03-04-2018 2/2 before the State Appellate Authority.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioner approaches the State Appellate Authority in the matter within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off expeditiously and within the statutory period.
