JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Chakbandi was conducted in Dinara Block, Rohtas in which it has been confirmed that the land in question is in the name of affiliated college, namely, Ram Narain Sah Sarvodya Mahavidyalaya, Dinara, District, Rohtas.

According to the petitioner, after Chakbandi Chakkhata was published on 21.03.1994 and name of the college is mentioned with regard to 3.50 Acre in Chakkhata 623 and 1.96 Acre in Chakkhata No. 651 of Bhadsara Mauza and 2.03 Acre in Gaurasara Mauza.

The contention is that in Register-II the College land

Patna High Court CWJC No.7090 of 2021(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 situated in Bhadsara Mauza has been described as "Anabad Bihar Sarkar" and the college land situated in Gaurasara Mauza has been described as "Anabad Sarvasadharan". The petitioner made contact with the Circle Officer, Dinara to take necessary steps for correction in Register-II but nothing has been done.

Taking into consideration the nature of contention, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition/application before the Circle Officer, Dinara Block, District-Rohtas for correction of Register-II within a period of one month.

If such an application is filed, the C.O, Dinara Block, District-Rohtas, is obliged to dispose the same in accordance with law after taking into consideration all the materials available to him.
