JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-01-2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would confine his prayer in the instant writ petition to the extent that if others who had passed 8th from Bapu Medial School, Orainda, Nawada from where the petitioner has passed 8th examination have been considered for compassionate appointment then his case should also be considered. With respect to the said claim he prays that he would approach the authority concerned by filing a fresh application which shall be done within three weeks from today. He prays that such representation may be considered maintaining parity in the matter
