This application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. of Rupaspur Police Station Case No. 197/2017 dated 25.07.2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The service of notice is served validly. None appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been settled and a compromise petition has been filed in the court below on 10.06.2022.

No.29053 of 2022(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to consider the compromise petition. If the compromise petition is supported by the opposite party no. 2 then the entire proceeding will be dropped against the person, who has entered into a compromise. If the compromise is not supported by the opposite party no. 2 then appropriate order in accordance with law shall be passed. The entire exercise must be completed within one month of from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
