====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2021 Sri P.K. Shahi, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Sri Chandra Bhushan, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur. P.S. Case No. 285 of 2020 dated 24.09.2020, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302,307 & 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are in custody since 30.09.2020, and are persons of clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned senior counsel further submits that the petitioners are related to the deceased and on account of land dispute the

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioners of assault on the father of informant on his head by iron rod leading to his death, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

In view of the serious allegation levelled against these petitioners, the Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to these petitioners.

It is accordingly, dismissed.
