Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 231 of 2015 registered under Sections363, 365, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith Md. Sakil came on a motorcycle and entered into room and forcibly took away the minor girl of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. the victim denied the allegation of kidnapping and has further stated that she willingly solemnized marriage with this petitioner. No.54393 of 2016 (2) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 231 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
