The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 registered under Sections 30A and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
