Petitioner seeks bail in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.81 of 2008 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the IPC. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 22.09.2015. The petitioner surrendered in the court on 03.04.2020 and since then he is in custody. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months for misuse of bail.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Sessions
