JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 08-11-2017 Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed primarily on account of the fact that the petitioner had obtained the training in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) from Teacher Training College of India, Buddha Public School, 83, Ashok Nagar, District Gaya, Bihar and the said qualification was not recognized for

Patna High Court LPA No.19 of 2016 dt.08-11-2017 2/2 appointment to the post in question and obtaining the pay scale of trained teacher on petitioner's own showing, as is evident from Annexure-2 of the writ petition, the school in question was recognized for imparting Nursing School Education and the certificate in question is classified as a Nursery Teachers Education Certificate. That being so, we find no error in the order passed by the learned Writ Court rejecting the claim of the petitioner that he was a trained teacher in accordance with the rule and entitled for the benefit.

The appeal stands dismissed.
