Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that though in pursuant to the order of this Court, finally the claimed amount has been credited in the account of the petitioner. However, in absence of the statement of accounts, the petitioner is facing difficulty to comprehend with regard to his admissibility and actual payment.

3. Learned Advocate for the State and the Accountant General submitted that all the admissible amount has been paid to the petitioner in compliance with the order of this Court.

4. Considering the submissions advanced and the materials available on record, this Court finds that the order of this Court has already been complied with.

5. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the calculation of the amount, he may approach before the concerned authority, who shall clarify the position with regard to admissibility of the petitioner and payment made therein, after furnishing the statement of account.

6. The contempt petition stands closed.
