JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with seek anticipatory bail in connection with Jamhore P.S.Case No. 36 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be father-in-law is of killing due to non fulfillment of demand of motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated and no specific allegations have been attributed against the petitioners and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37958 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 victim girl herself committed suicide.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail on the ground that just after three months of the marriage, she was forced to commit suicide.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the receipt of the order, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
