Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to first avail the remedy before the appointing authority and also before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas for making application to resign from the service and after making those application before the authorities concerned, he will file fresh bail application before the learned district court along with orders of this Court, in which similarly situated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35176 of 2024(5) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 Panchayat Teachers have been granted bail, against whom also, the vigilance case has been lodged and the learned district court shall also consider the prayer of the petitioner to grant him bail in accordance with law.

3. With the above observation/direction, the present bail application stands disposed of.
