Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30A/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious posession of this petitioner. He has no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34740 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum- Speical Judge, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
