Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of the local Mukhia. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26.11.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
