JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Balia P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 53 litres of liquor from the house of one Sohan Singh and his son Dilkhus Kumar disclosed the name of petitioner as the person, who had supplied the aforesaid liquor.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused in this case only the disclosure of Dilkhush Kumar and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered either from his possession or from his house and further he has no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II, Begusarai, in connection with Balia P.S.
