Mr. Sanjeev Shankar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 22-03-2018 In view of the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-7, Begusarai in Criminal Revision No. 174 of 2014 on 04.03.2015, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw this application as the order impugned dated 05.02.2014 passed by Sri Rameshwar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 2790C of 2012 taking cognizance in the matter under Sections 323 and 504 I.P.C. has been quashed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and the matter remanded back to the Magistrate to proceed afresh in accordance with law.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10985 of 2015 dt.22-03-2018 2/2 In view of the above, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the application with liberty to raise appropriate objection as may be permissible before the Magistrate where the matter is pending on remand by the Revisional Court.

Granting the aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous in view of the above.
